The tape chart is the heart of WelaSync. Each room is a row, each day is a column, and every reservation appears as a colored block showing guest name, booking source, and status. No more switching between spreadsheets or paper logs.
Reservations are automatically color-coded: confirmed in indigo, pending in amber, checked-in in emerald, and maintenance blocks in rose. Staff instantly know what needs attention without opening a single detail page.
When a guest books online, the tape chart updates instantly via WebSocket. When housekeeping marks a room clean, the status changes for everyone. Every action syncs across all devices in real time.
Need to move a guest to a different room or extend a stay by one night? Click any reservation block to open the quick-edit panel. The system updates the guest folio, availability, and channel manager sync automatically.
