WelaSync was born from firsthand experience running hotels in Thailand. We saw how fragmented tools — one for reservations, another for payments, yet another for messaging — created more work than they saved.
We set out to build a single, fast platform that unifies every part of hotel operations: the tape chart guests see on your website, the booking engine that accepts PromptPay QR, the dashboard your staff uses daily, and the dining orders guests place from their rooms.
We started WelaSync in Pattaya, Koh Larn island — working directly with local properties to understand what they truly needed. From those early partnerships, we grew into a platform that now serves hotels across Thailand, always keeping the practical, day-to-day realities of Thai hospitality at the center of everything we build.
We believe every hotel deserves world-class technology, not just the big chains. Our mission is to give independent hotels and small groups in Thailand the same operational power that international brands enjoy — at a fraction of the cost and complexity.
